2008-09-24 Market Watch

I guess the sentiment of institutional investors are quite bearish recently which can be seen from the 3-month treasury bill yield.  The market seems impatient while waiting for the news of the bailout plan, and the good news might have been priced in.  A big selling off is possible, but Federal Reserve will likely cut the rate by 50 bps once SPX retests the last Thursday low.  So no fear.

The correction might be over and it's ready to take off.

Maybe the consolidation is over?  I should close my position as soon as the gap is filled.  There will be a good entry point after the news is released.
